WATER, SOYBEANS, YAM FLOUR, CALCIUM HYDROXIDE, GLUCONO DELTA LACTONE, CALCIUM SULFATE

Directions

Drain and rinse thoroughly. Parboil for 2-3 mins. (or microwave for 1 min.) to reduce the authentic aroma. Dry very well and use as you would regular cooked noodle. Keep refrigerated.
