For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions: keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave; keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry; cook thoroughly; keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Arrange uncured bacon in single layer in large saute pan on medium heat. Cook 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired crispness. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange uncured bacon in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 18-22 minutes (Ovens and microwaves vary; adjust time as needed) until desired crispness. Microwave Oven: Arrange uncured bacon in single layer between paper towels on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high 55-65 seconds (Ovens and microwaves vary; adjust time as needed) per slice until desired crispness. If cooking more than 4 slices, rearrange them halfway through cook time.
Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. Fresh/never frozen.
