Defrost Instructions: Room Temperature: Place desired amount on plate, spread evenly, and defrost 3-4 hours or until thawed. Refrigerator: Place unopened bag (or desired amount) in refrigerator for 24 hours or until thawed. Microwave: Place desired amount on microwave-safe plate in single layer. Microwave on medium (50% power) 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until thawed. Microwaves vary; adjust time as needed.

Serving Suggestions: Blend frozen pineapple with a banana and 8 oz whipped topping for a quick frozen treat. Thread onto skewers, coat with cooking spray, and grill. Serve drizzled with lime juice and honey. Stir into your favorite salsa or guacamole for a dip with a tropical twist. Keep frozen. If thawed, do not refreeze.
