Directions

To Defrost: Room Temperature: Place desired amount on plate, spread evenly, and defrost for approximately 30 minutes or until thawed. Refrigerator: Place unopened bag (or desired amount) in refrigerator for 8 hours or until thawed. Microwave: Place desired amount in microwave-safe container on defrost (30% power) for 1-2 minutes or until thawed. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Serving Suggestions: Stir into hot oatmeal. Thaw and puree to make a sauce for cheesecake. Puree with frozen banana chunks for a quick sorbet. Thaw and add to cream cheese; spread over bagels. Keep frozen. If thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen.
