Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (Including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Place separated bacon slices in a cold skillet; do not overcrowd. Cook slowly on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place separated bacon slices between double layers of paper towels on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes per slices or until crispy. Caution: Plate may be hot. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place separated bacon slices on wire racks in baking pan; bake 15-20 minutes or until crispy (No turning necessary). Broil: Place separated bacon slices on wire rack in baking pan 3-4 inches from heat source; broil 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
