PRECOOKED DEGERMINATED YELLOW CORNMEAL, SUGAR, DRY WHOLE MILK, SALT, VITAMIN MINERAL MIX (CALCIUM PHOSPHATE, NIACINAMIDE, VITAMIN A ACETATE, RIBOFLAVIN, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, FOLIC ACID), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS (CONTAINS DEXTROSE, FOOD STARCH - MODIFIED, CITRIC ACID, MALTODEXTRIN AND TRIACETIN), SPICES, TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE (ANTICAKING AGENT)

Directions

Cooking Directions: Open lid halfway and add boiling water to fill line on label, while stirring briskly. Close lid and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove lid, stir thoroughly again and enjoy. Do not microwave in this container: Boil water in a separate microwave safe container, then follow cooking directions above. Caution: Cup is hot, please handle with care, especially when serving children.
