We carefully prepare our meals and here's how we do it. Prior to cooking, we remove most of the air and seal the package. The food is then slowly cooked so no preservatives are needed. Directions

Preparation Instructions: (1) Remove tray from carton sleeve. (2) Puncture seal on tray and microwave on high (100% power) for 20 seconds. (3) Carefully remove seal and discard. (4) Stir contents and test temperature before saving. (5) Cover and refrigerate after opening. Discard after 24 hours. Note: Microwave ovens vary, so time is approximate. Do not heat in conventional oven. Caution: Contents are hot after heating, always test temperature before serving.
