Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: 12-17 mins. Stovetop: Best in sauce. Bring your favorite sauce to a simmer over medium heat in sauce pan. Add frozen plant-based meatballs to simmering sauce and cook over low to medium low-heat for 12 to 17 minutes, covered, stirring frequently. Stovetop: Heat 2 teaspoon vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen plant-based meatballs, covered, for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Carefully add 1/2 cup water and continue cooking, covered, for 9 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently. 15-18 mins. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place 6 frozen plant-based meatballs (2 servings) on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Add to your favorite sauce. 4 1/2 - 5 mins. Microwave (1100 watt): In a microwave safe bowl, add 3 frozen plant-based meatballs (1 serving) and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce and cover with a microwave safe lid. Cook for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes. Appliances vary. Adjust cooling times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Spaghetti and Plant-Based Meatballs: Heat up your favorite home-made or jarred marinara sauce, add Gardein meatballs and simmer for 15 mins until hot throughout. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Serve meatballs over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh chopped basil and/or grated parmesan cheese (or vegan option). Plant-Based Meatball Sub: Heat your favorite home-made or jarred tomato sauce, add Gardein meatballs and simmer for 15 mins until hot throughout. Ladle meatballs and sauce over toasted bun, cover with mozzarella cheese (or vegan option) and melt.
