4 Simple Steps to Prepare Your Delicious Hot Cake: 1. Measure 1 cup of Hot Cakes mix, 3/4 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 egg in a bowl. Mix with a wire whisk for 15 seconds, until lumps disappear. 2. Preheat lightly greased griddle to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle.
