ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SUGAR, SALT, CINNAMON POWDER, FLAVOURS, LEAVENERS (SODIUM BICARBONATE, YEAST).

Directions

May be used like a cereal. Merely soak in warm water for 5-6 minutes and allow to drain. Butter may be added if desired. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
