Frozen Fruit: Add desired amount of fruit and yogurt to a blender; blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Stir into your favorite quick bread or muffin mix. Thawed Fruit: Add thawed fruit, nuts and vinaigrette to the top of your favorite lettuce blend for an easy salad.
