NATURAL FLAVORS), SWISS CHEESE (PASTEURIZED CULTURED MILK SALT, ENZYMES), CHEDDAR CHEESE (PASTEURIZED CULTURED MILK SALT, ENZYMES, ANNATTO [COLORING), WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE (PASTEURIZED CULTURED MILK, SALT, ENZYMES), MOZZARELLA CHEESE (PASTEURIZED PART SKIMMED MILK CHEESE CULTURE, SALT, ENZYMES), WATER, MODIFIED CORN STARCH SALT, BAKING SODA, BLACK PEPPER CAYENNE PEPPER GROUND NUTMEG

Heating Instructions: For best results. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F (or 325 degrees F for convection). 2. Remove the quiche from the box and discard all packaging except for the plastic cup*. 3. Heat the quiche in the microwave on high for 2 minutes^. 4. Transfer the quiche (in its cup) to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 5. Let the quiche stand for 5 minutes before serving. ^ If you defrost the quiche in the refigerator, you can skip step 3. * The plastic cup is safe for use in microwave and oven up to 400 degrees F. You may also heat the quiche without the cup if preferred. For Fastest Results: 1. Remove the quiche from the box and discard all packaging except for the plastic cup*. 2. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. 3. Let stand 5 minutes before enjoying. * The plastic cup is safe for use in microwave and oven up to 400 degrees F. You may also heat the quiche without the cup if preferred. Based on 1000 watt microwave. Caution, quiche will be hot!
