Heating: Microwave: 1. Place frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3. Heat on high for 5-7 minutes (For best safety and quality, cook to 160 degrees F. Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. Do not overcook.), stirring halfway through cooking time. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top: 1. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in 3-quart saucepan. 2. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 4-5 minutes (For best safety and quality, cook to 160 degrees F.
