Wholemeal Durum Wheat Semolina, Vitamins (Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid).
Water: 5 qt. Salt. 212 degrees F. Pasta 13.25 oz 10'-12'. Drain. Cooking Time: 10-12 min. Suggestion for perfect cooking. Use 5 quarts of water per 13.25 lb of pasta. Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir from time to time.
