Colavita Spaghetti Pasta

Produced in Molise, Italy, Colavita pasta is an authentic Italian choice. Strand pastas like spaghetti are best paired with sauces that coat strands easily: tomato, marinara, pestos and oil-based sauces. Seafood also works well.

Ingredients

SEMOLINA (WHEAT), NIACIN, IRON LACTATE, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID

Directions

Bring 4 to 6 quarts of slightly salted water to a rapid boil. Pour in the quantity of pasta needed, stirring gently until the water boils again. Cook to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain immediately in colander and place on platter. Season to taste.
