Produced in Molise, Italy, Colavita pasta is an authentic Italian choice. Ribbon shaped pastas like linguine are cut into various widths from larger sheets. They work well with creamy sauces or a meat ragu.

SEMOLINA (WHEAT), NIACIN, IRON LACTATE, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID

Directions

Bring 4 to 6 quarts of slightly salted water to a rapid boil. Pour in the quantity of pasta needed, stirring gently until the water boils again. Cook to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain immediately in colander and place on platter. Season to taste.
