Chelsea's Pantry Spoon Bread Mix

Ingredients

Self-Rising White Cornmeal (Non-GMO White Corn, Salt, Baking Soda, Phosphate), Cane Sugar.

Directions

Recipe: You will need: 1 pkg. Spoon Bread Mix 3 cups milk; 2 eggs; 4 tbsp. butter; Directions: Melt butter in an 8 X 8 casserole dish while preparing batter. Warm milk slowly on the stove top and whisk in mix, remove from heat and stir in well beaten eggs. Pour over melted butter in the casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. Sprinkle top lightly with granulated sugar and serve hot.
