A Downeast Maine favorite! Features minced lobster meat simmered in a lobster stock, fresh cream, celery, onions, sherry, herbs, and spices. Also excellent when used as a sauce.

Ingredients

HALF & HALF (milk, cream), LOBSTER STOCK (water, lobster, salt, cane sugar, tomatoes, butter [pasteurized cream, salt], dried whey, tomato powder, natural flavoring, citric acid), LOBSTER, FLOUR (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), CANOLA OIL, SHERRY (wine, salt), TOMATO PASTE (tomatoes, citric acid), ONION, CELERY, CORNSTARCH, PAPRIKA, SPICES, GRANULATED GARLIC, SEA SALT.

Directions

Cooking Instructions: For best results, fully thaw in refrigerator prior to heating. If not fully thawed, additional heating time will be required. Microwave: heating times are approximate. After thawing, cut open pouch across the top and pour contents into a microwave- safe dish. Loosely cover with paper towel and heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir well, then heat for an additional 1-2 minutes. Stovetop: After thawing, place unopened bag in boiling water. heat for 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove pouch. Carefully snip off corner (caution: contents will be hot) and pour into serving dish.

Keep frozen (Thaw under refrigeration).
