The Boar’s Head Charcuterie & Cheese Tray includes 2 dry cured meats and 2 cheeses: Bianco D’Oro® Italian Dry Salame, Hot Calabrese Salame, Asiago Cheese, and Picante Provolone Cheese. Each item is individually packaged in a 3 ounce clear tray. Pairing suggestions are included on the back of the outer box to encourage complimentary Boar’s Head purchases. Both items require refrigeration.

Pairing Recommendations: Boar's Head horseradish bread & butter pickles; Boar's Head traditional hummus; Full bodied red wine such as a shiraz, Cabernet or Malbec; lush and bright white wine such as chardonnay or prosecco; Light lager. Board Pro Tips: Plan for 2 oz of meat and 2 oz of cheese per guest. For best flavor, let the board sit for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Add color to your board with vegetables and fresh and dried fruits.
