Handling instructions: Must keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F or below. Smoked salmon can also be kept frozen for extended shelf life. If frozen, it must be thawed under refrigeration. Best if used within 5 days of opening. This product is ready to eat. Avoid cross-contamination by keeping this product separate from raw foods.
