BROCCOLI, WATER, CHEDDAR CLUB CHEESE (PASTEURIZED CULTURED MILK, SALT, ENZYMES, ANNATTO [COLOR]), CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF: HEAVY CREAM, SALT, CORN STARCH, NONFAT DRY MILK, LOCUST BEAN GUM, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, YEAST EXTRACT, NATURAL FLAVOR, ANNATTO EXTRACT (COLOR).

Directions

For food safety & quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Stove Top: Cook only one bag at a time. 1. Pour 1/4 cup of water into a medium saucepan. Add frozen riced broccoli. 2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Stir and serve. Careful, it’s hot! Microwave Oven: 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. 2. Microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the light blue tabs and remove from microwave with two hands. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! Caution! Product will be hot! Lay flat when microwaving.
