Cook thoroughly - See cooking instructions. For food safety and quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven: Cook only one bag at a time. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. 2. Microwave on high 4 to 4-1/2 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the ovals and remove from microwave with two hands. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour and serve. Caution: Food will be hot. Stove Top: Cook only one bag at a time. 1. Pour 2 cups of water into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. 2. Add frozen cauliflower. Cover and cook over high heat 5 to 6 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Strain and serve. Careful, it's hot!
