RICE FLOUR, SWEET RICE FLOUR, POTATO STARCH, CANE SUGAR, OAT FLOUR, TAPIOCA STARCH, LEAVENING (MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA), UBE POWDER, CONTAINS 2% OR LES OF: SALT, VEGETABLE JUICE COLOR (INCLUDING BUTTERFLY PEA FLOWER EXTRACT), GUAR GUM, NATURAL FLAVOR
5-6 Pancakes; 3/4 cup mix; 1/2 cup water. Makes the entire bag; 1 bag mix; 1 1/2 cups water.
Mix until just combined. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet, flip once, and serve when golden brown.
Prefer Waffles? To make five-to-six waffles, blend: 3/4 cup mix, 2/3 cup water, and I tbsp oil. Cook according to waffle iron instruction.
