Pasteurized Whole Milk, Wheat Flour, Soybean Oil, Water, Fresh Garlic, Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Dried Parsley, Black Pepper, Cheese Cultures, Sugar, Yeast, Enzymes, Methylcellulose, Modified Potato Starch, Celery Seed, Guar Gum, Extractives of Paprika, Natural Color.

Directions

Preparation Instructions: For best quality and food safety, follow these preparation instructions: Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Careful - product will be hot! Follow cooking instructions to make sure the mozzarella sticks have reached 165 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen mozzarella sticks (do not thaw) 1/2 inch apart on baking tray, parchment paper, or foil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through, until crisp & golden brown. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place frozen mozzarella sticks (do not thaw) 1/2 inch apart in air fryer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until crisp & golden brown. Deep Fryer: Preheat canola or vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. Fry for 2-2.5 minutes until fully melted through. Drain on a towel or wire rack. Note: All ovens & air fryers vary in temperature. Use instructions as a guideline. Do not leave unattended while cooking to avoid burning. Product not intended for microwave preparation.
