WHOLE GRAIN DURUM WHEAT FLOUR
1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. 2. Boil uncovered for 8 minutes, gently stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside on a sheet pan which is lightly covered with cooking spray to prevent sticking. 3. Follow directions according to desired lasagne recipe and bake. Prepare-Ahead Tips for Barilla Whole Grain Lasagne: 1. May be prepared up to 24 hours in advance of baking: after preparing. Cover with foil and store in refrigerator. When ready to bake. Place on middle rack for 60 minutes at 375 degrees. 2. If freezing. Do not bake: to freeze whole grain lasagne. Assemble in freezer/oven safe container. Covered tightly. When ready to bake. Defrost in refrigerator 24 hours. Then bake for 70 minutes at 375 degrees. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
