From our home to yours. When Amy was little, she hated anything green, but she loved this pizza! To make it we start with our light, tender crust made with organic wheat flour. Then we top it with our savory sauce made from sweet vine-ripened organic tomatoes. Finally, we add organic spinach blended with feta cheese and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Delicious, satisfying and a great way to sneak in some greens if you've got a picky eater (of any age) at home! Family Owned Since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products.

ORGANIC UNBLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, FILTERED WATER, ORGANIC TOMATO PURÉE, PART-SKIM MOZZARELLA CHEESE (PASTEURIZED PART-SKIM MILK, CULTURE, SALT, ENZYMES), ORGANIC SPINACH, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, FETA CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, CULTURE, SALT, ENZYMES), ORGANIC ONIONS, ORGANIC TOFU (FILTERED WATER, ORGANIC SOYBEANS, MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE), HONEY, SEA SALT, EXPELLER PRESSED HIGH OLEIC SAFFLOWER AND/OR SUNFLOWER OIL, ORGANIC GARLIC, ORGANIC BASIL, ORGANIC CANE SUGAR, BLACK PEPPER, YEAST, SPICES.
Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Conventional Oven: Preheat to 425 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until crust starts to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425 degrees F for 13-15 minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve.
