Instructions
HOW TO USE: 1. Apply base nail color and top coat and let dry completely. 2. Pick charm as desired and apply glue to back of the charm. 3. Align the charm on nail, press on and hold until glue dries.
REMOVAL: Soak in acetone polish remover until glue is softened then remove charm carefully. Do not force off.
