Enriched Wheat Flour Harina De Trigo. Directions: With electric mixer, beat butter, sugars, egg, water and vanilla until creamy. Combine oatmeal, flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to batter and mix well, Stir in raisins. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
