Ingredients

• •anise
• •chancaca syrup
• •4 cloves garlic, minced
• •1 medium onion, diced
• •allspice to taste
• •1 teaspoon scotch bonnet
• •Salt and pepper to taste
• •2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

   Prepare all ingredients: sweet potato, squash, anise. Having everything ready makes cooking smoother.

   Season your main ingredient with salt, pepper, and allspice. Let marinate 1-2 hours.
